Applicant will visit Bihar Startup portal startup.bihar.gov.in
Select : Grievance

Applicant shall fill necessary details -basic details , query type and grievance description

Ticket number is provided after submission of grievance through online system . An email is send to applicant that the grievance is registered in the startup portal

Startup Cell Scrutinize the registered grievances and forward details to concern department to provide response within 10 working days to startups

If the grievance is not resolved within 10 days timeline, the grievance shall get auto escalate to Nodal officer. The Nodal officer shall the grievance with next 10 working days.
